"South Head's rural community is close and resilient, and we're proud to be there for its families when they need us."

Before anything else, the right people need to be told, perhaps a doctor, hospice nurse, ambulance or police, depending on the circumstances. Once that's done, call us whenever you're ready. We'll talk you through the next steps and bring your loved one into our care from home, a rest home or hospital.
Yes. A heartfelt farewell has very little to do with money. We work from what matters to you and design something within your budget, being upfront about costs at every step.
Not at all. Only a handful of things need deciding in those first hours. We'll gently sort the essentials with you, then give you room to think about everything else when your head is clearer.
It depends on your choices. A simple cremation is the most affordable option, while a full traditional service costs more. Either way, we work hard to stay well below the Auckland average while keeping our standards high.
Yes. Many families find it easier to talk things through at home rather than in an office, so we'll gladly come to your South Head home to discuss the options, answer questions and take care of the paperwork.
Yes. We can livestream the service or record it, so relatives overseas, or anyone too unwell to travel, can watch live or in their own time and still feel part of the farewell.
Not at all. Some families choose a local church, while others prefer a community hall, a reserve or a relaxed gathering at home. Tell us the kind of farewell you have in mind and we'll suggest venues that suit.
Yes. We regularly work alongside different faiths and cultures. Tell us what's important to your family and we'll support those customs respectfully, working around the venue and timing.
A full service generally makes room for a viewing, a ceremony with a celebrant or minister, and time together afterwards. A simple cremation strips things back, often with a small memorial held later. We'll lay out both so the choice feels clear.
Often, yes. Families sometimes gather at a favourite coastal or country spot for a quiet moment, or ask the hearse to pass somewhere that mattered. Ashes can be scattered later where it's permitted.
"Reach out, and we'll walk beside your family with care, every step of the way."
